Back pain causes: anyone who is suffering unbearable pain knows that you cannot share it with anybody; you cannot pass it on you can only suffer in silence. If you are enduring constant backache you know what I am talking about.

Back pain causes and the pain they create are one of the main reasons of not being able to work through illness. People most likely to suffer are those whose job involves heavy lifting or carrying and jobs that require long periods sitting in one position. Overweight people are also prone to back pain because the weight tends to put stress on their pines and they have weak stomach muscles.

The different types of back pain are due to mechanical breakdown which affecting the back structure. In addition the surrounding muscles are under tension which can cause pain and tenderness. Unfortunately some of your back pain may be due to wear and tear causes by the kind of job you do. This like most thinks in life wear out the more you use them. It is also possible that it is genetic and that it keeps appearing with each generation.

This is harder to cure, but you can get help by talking to your doctor and getting pain relievers. You can also do exercises, which can help a lot of back and neck pain - yoga is very helpful. There are thousands of people that are suddenly struck down each day by agonizing pain who may find that the pain is more of a muscular than structural nature

If this is the case you may need to take a few days off work to let it settle down and apply a pain reliever to help thinks along. In the majority of cases this is all you need, letting the body gradually heal itself with the help of painkillers.

The causes of back pain in a lot of cases is not sitting correctly in chairs for long periods or staring at a computer in awkward positions. This again is an occupational hazard that has gone on over a long period of time and it may be necessary to retrain your posture, to get relief from the pain.

Lifting is another cause of sudden back pain bending your knees and letting your legs take some of the strain will help to avoid back strain also spreading your feet evenly apart before lifting - if you are only bending your back.

Once you have experienced back pain you will try to avoid it happening again by following some of the suggestion mentioned above, but not everyone can do that. For some it may be that you are in so much pain any of the above would be counterproductive to any improvement because of the pain you are suffering.

You may be one of many individuals that are suffering this everyday who cannot find any relief and who need something that will ease the pain without over physical activities. Who find that the effort of putting themselves through pain or suffering is self defeating?
