Cure for Lower Back Pain: Eat Your Way Out Of Pain!

Ya, take it from Franz, lower back pain is a drag! Too much increasing of ze pumpitude in an improper fashion, when younger, has led to my lower back pain! I have dealt with it for twenty years! But, I discovered a cure for lower back pain: eating the right foods.

Once I discovered that doing too much, too little, or nothing at all would affect my back in either good or bad ways, I learned how to control the pain. I discovered a cure for lower back pain. Let me explain! Doing too much exercise without stretching afterwards can create shorter muscles that will pull the skeletal frame in unnatural ways, possibly causing pain that can show up in the lower back.

When drinking too much of the wrong kinds of liquids you can also create problems. If you like drinks with caffeine, and you have too many of them, you can actually dehydrate your body. Caffeine forces you to urinate as it is a diuretic. If you drink too little water you will build up toxins in your body and dry out the discs in your spine. Not enough water and those discs could bulge, or herniate, compressing the nerves and leading to back pain.

Eating too many of the wrong kinds of foods, and not enough of the right kind, can definitely affect the health of your back! Eating foods with partially hydrogenated oils and fried foods, you will probably be carrying more fat than your body should have, which can put additional pressure on your lower back. Also, the wrong kinds of fats can cause inflammation in your cells leading to all kinds of aches and pains, especially in your lower back.

The lower back is an important structural area of the body. Any one who has suffered lower back pain knows how debilitating it is. You can’t pick things up, sit comfortably, sleep well, even function properly in the bathroom. But, inactivity can be as bad as too much activity. You have heard the phrase use it or lose it? Well, that applies to your back too. You have to stretch out and remain active or vital nutrients will not be available for the muscles that you rely on to move about. Is there a food cure for lower back pain?

Humans were meant to eat lean meats, roots, berries, and all sorts of other plants. Our diet should be high in healthy lean proteins, good fats, and complex carbohydrates. So, the best cure for lower back pain, one that you can control hourly, is to eat the right foods! Yes, you can eat your way out of pain! If you choose anti-inflammatory foods you will directly impact the health of your back. This is not the only cure, but it is the one you should focus on first. Your diet should should have lots of fruits and vegetables, those that are loaded with antioxidants which help to fight inflammation so you can be pain free. The right eating plan will also encourage weight loss, which will also help your lower back pain.

If you want the easiest cure for lower back pain, and you want to shed some pounds as well, just choose a whole foods diet rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients.
