What Medication Are You Using For Muscle Inflammation

What do you do when you have back pain? Do you pump the Advil or the Tylenol and when that doesn't help do you go to a doctor for something stronger? What medication are you using for muscle inflammation? It is probably the wrong medication.

When you go to the doctor to get relief for your pain, do you ask him what is causing the pain? Does he find out exactly where the pain is coming from and then explain to you what is going on and how you can correct the problem? Or, does he give you a prescription for medication to kill the pain and tell you to take it easy for a few days?

When you get a prescription from the doctor for your pain is it for OxyContin, Percocet, Vicodin or Percodan? Did you ever read the warning label for these prescription drugs? In my opinion, the side effects of these drugs are worse than your back pain. And, these drugs are addicting. As your body becomes more used to the drug, you will need more and more of these to take away your pain. Being addicted to these things will affect your entire life.

Maybe you are just taking Tylenol or aspirin for your pain. Did you know that these drugs are no better? Even though you can buy them without a prescription doesn’t mean they are safe for you to take long term. Acetaminophen which is found in Tylenol and aspirin is the #1 cause of liver failure in the United States. Advil is no better. Advil, when taken for a long period of time, can give you stomach ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding and kidney damage.

Many of us are in so much pain that we ignore the daily recommended dosage of these medicines or we use them longer than we should. Then, when they aren’t working like they used to, we increase the dosage or mix it with other medications. Doing this can kill you.

What medication should you be using for muscle inflammation? You should be using a safer and more natural choice to get rid of your muscle inflammation. A natural solution for you would be proteolytic enzyme therapy. These enzymes occur naturally in all of our bodies. They help reduce our feeling for pain, they reduce inflammation and they shut off the production of fibrin. However, as we get older, we don’t’ produce enough of these enzymes.

Don’t get caught in the vicious cycle of taking prescription medicine for your pain and then when it doesn’t work anymore, increase your dosage. Let your body heal naturally with proteolytic enzymes.
