Hyperenforcer, the latest Nike basketball sneaker that combines flywire and hyperfuse. Meaning more stability and breathability and less weight on your sneaker. With stability on your sneaker, power players will play strong thinking they have the support on their foot. Less weight means the faster they will go without dragging their shoe. NBA players are now wearing the Hyperenforcer. Rajon Rondo and Russell Westbrook are some the players with PE's of Hyperenforcer. Withe the release of the Hyperenforcer, maybe it will replace the Hyperfuse sneaker. So what is the difference between the Hyperfuse and Hyperenforcer sneaker?
First, Hyperfuse, of course, didn't have a flywire technology, it's mainly made of hyperfuse. According to Nike, Hyperfuse technology is a composite, or blend, of three materials (synthetic material as a supportive base layer, mesh for lightweight breathability, and TPU film as a top skin) pressed together with hotmelt. In layman's term , it's a sneaker that didn't need sewing. All the components of the sneaker are fused together with only three main parts. Hyperfuse gave way in the sneaker world to become the lightest shoe, weighing only 12.4 oz.
The Hyperenforcer have both hyperfuse and flywire technology. Nike define that Flywire is consists of strategically placed filaments that function like cables on a suspension bridge and offer support precisely where it's needed. Flywire is like a thread that place on the sneaker to add more support and durability of the shoe. Phylon midsole with Nike Zoom unit will give a well cushioned foot. Flywire and Hyperfuse presented through an integrated uni-body construction to provide a lightweight adaptive fit upper.
With hyperfuse and flywire combined, Hyperenforcer will be the best sneaker for the power players. Players that attack strong to the rim and can penetrate with a speed like Rajon Rondo and Russell Westbrook. Point guards with speed and strength to finish on the rim. No need for ankle support, just in case.
During the 2009-2010 NBA Championship, Rondo was the first player to wear Hyperfuse. This NBA Season, Rondo were wearing a Celtics colorway of Hyperenforcer with a No.9 on the tongue. Maybe its the time Nike will name a signature shoe for him. Several colorways are now available. Rondo and Westbrook PE's, Kay Yow Think Pink, Total Orange, Sport Red, Treasure Blue, Midnight Navy, Lucky Green, Del sol, Club Purple, White Lucky Green, White Treasure Blue, White Sport Red, White Cool Grey and Blackout.
Hyperenforcer only weighed 13 oz. Hyperenforcer is now available at retail stores.
