Are you a basketball player who finally wants to make his first slam dunk? Then you have to be either very tall or jump quite high and jump manual can help you out with this. While you can’t change your size, you can definitely work on the height of your vertical jump. You may be thinking that this is what you are trying all the time. But did you know that there are some common mistakes that many basketball players make when they try to increase their vertical jump? Read on to find out about some general misunderstandings that hinder many sportsmen from getting any results.

-What do you really want to achieve?

It’s pretty easy to train the muscles that you need while jumping, but is strength all you need? Also, if you are jumping only a few inches for a long time, will that help you? The answer to both of those questions is no. Really think about how your muscles work when you jump. Of course, you need some strength, but that isn’t all. You don’t need too much endurance. The most important factor is the combination of strength and speed.

Your muscles need to contract very strongly and quickly to accelerate your whole body up into the air. That means that what you really need to train is your muscle reaction speed and swiftness. You can’t achieve the perfect vertical jump with just some isolated exercises; you need to have a proven workout system.

-Jumping high involves more than just exercising

It seems to be so simple. Shouldn’t you be able to increase your vertical jump just as you train your muscles so that you can lift heavier and heavier weights? But as you have already read there is more to it. You need to learn how to perfectly train all the aspects that make a jump perfect. Even if you think that you already have the perfect training program, you may be missing some important facets. Jump Manual contains all of these important facets needed. Have you, for example, thought about your nutrition? Did you know that there are some foods that you should avoid to jump higher?

If you really want to get your vertical jump to a professional level, then you will have to be ready to give it all and train persistently. But make sure that you get a good training system.  Make sure that you listen only to an expert who knows what he is talking about. There are many phony eBooks and training systems out there that are just full of worthless information. From an excellent training program you can expect serious gains in your vertical jump in just a few weeks’ time. When will you get started working on your vertical jump the right way? Jump manual is the key.
