NBA? WNBA? CBA? NCAA? All the well known basketball leagues in the west? Ever dreamt of playing in one of them but always didnt pick up by your coaches? Well.. it's common in this kind of situation because basketball is played by 5 persons in each team and 10 persons on one court. But as years forwarding and world advancing and people mindset keep changing because idea keep flowing on us. Even 1 person also can play basketball. That's what we called "TRAINING". No no no no no... this is not craps... i know i might be talking craps but i'm not. Training is a part of our life if you really want to play for the best and be the best.

All the professional players, they doesn't earn to be a superstars or a million dollar players in one team just because they want to play. They spend alot of time training since young , the basic way of dribbling, passing, tackling, shooting and even slamdunking.

And of course physical training, without a full strong body and stamina, you can never catch up in any of the competition out there.

My Basketball experience starts when i'm only 11 years old. Pretty old to start basketball i know, but thats the first time i've played basketball together with my fellow brothers. The first basketball i can recall is call "Health". I wondered how many people still know this basketball brand, if you do, you're probably the same generation as i am. Lolx.

I played for the schools when i'm 13 and i've give in alot of efforts to be the best and i spent almost 5 to 6 hrs after school just to play basketball. And that includes our school team training sessions. Sometimes i can even played till 10pm everyday then go home , take a hot bath and sleep till the next day. Basketball had been a routine in my life, its like i cannot go without it.

Just as i'm saying basketball needs 5 man to play a match, so end up my tournament experience were little due the fact that our school were being eliminated during the first round of qualifying. I'm the team captain so i blame myself the most, so all the original team train seriously for the entire year.

We do lots of training which includes physical, weight, passing, dribbling, jumping, running, and team coordination and strategies.

So the following year we end up getting 3rd in my country school competitions and everybody was stunned that we actually produce tremendous results after only 1 year.

Believe in oneself, believe in yourself and believe in your team mate. Lots of training helps and be disciplne and serious. You can achieve whatever you want in your basketball career eventually.
