The New Lebron 9 ID

The LeBron signature sneaker line owns the sneaker world at the moment. The multitude of colorways we have already seen of the new LeBron 9 that have come in advance of the shoe itself. The first LeBron 9 will release October 25 at your local Nike retailers.  Shortly thereafter, several other colorways will be dropped. There will be plenty of heat in the form of the this new shoe. In addition, thanks to guys over at Nike, you can create your own heat.

The new LeBron 9 shoe will be available online at Nike to be personalized as part of their Nike iD program starting October 11. As is the case with every shoe, Nike allows you to iD, several different color options and design elements are yours to use to make a one of a kind LeBron 9. This is the first time Nike has made one of LeBron's signature sneakers available to be pesonalized through Nike iD.

As LeBron and the rest of the basketball world wait for the news of what will happen with the NBA lockout and whether there will or will not be an NBA season, we can bank on the fact that Nike and LeBron's shoes will be "doing work". There will be plenty of sick new LeBron kicks to cop, even if there is not an NBA regular season. This new shoe is definitely a shoe that was built to do work in. Nike designer Jason Petrie made sure of that.

Petrie used the Nike Hyperfuse and Flywire technologies on a Nike shoe's upper for the first time ever in the construction of the new LeBron 9. These technologies were used specifically to take advantage of all the rare qualities that LeBron brings to the basketball court. His speed, agility, and brute force were accounted for in the making of this new shoe. As a result, this shoe has everything a baller needs to do some serious work. Durability, stability, and lightweight performance are all here. The newest in Nike innovative design was used in the constuction of the new LeBron 9.

The shoe was built to do work, now it is time for LeBron to do work. Whether it is in the gym, weight room, or the office of a sports psychologist, King James has got to figure out how to close out NBA Championship Finals games. He is going to have plenty of high performance shoe ammunition in which to do so. It remains to be seen if his heart and mind will be as strong as his new shoe.
