There are a lot of different methods of teeth whitening and especially since now days we all are striving towards that hollywood smile. Some of the most common methods of teeth whitening are whitening strips, whitening pens, whitening gel, laser whitening, and natural bleaching.
In recent times teeth whitening has become massive, especially with the younger generation, a whiter, brighter smile is one of the first things most people notice about you and we all know that whiter teeth make you look younger and more attractive.
Although teeth whitening has become extremely popular many people are still unaware of the products and procedures that are available. I have tried a lot of products and as a result have fallen into the trap of buying a product and using it and volia nothing happens, not even a tiny spec of improvement. So I know that results can range from brilliant to super disappointing.
There are too many different kinds of teeth whitening systems and products to choose from and as a result people have a hard time choosing the one that will work for them. It's hard to know which one is effective and which one is not that’s why it is important to get the right information before doing any kind of teeth whitening. There is a good amount of confusion about which products to use are they worth the price or should i see a dentist and get advice- and last but not least do any of them cause pain to your teeth or make them sensitive.
The results of having teeth bleaching done by a dentist are not always better,. Some dentists can achieve dramatic whitening results in just one visit by using a laser Power or light-accelerated bleaching, sometimes colloquially referred to as laser bleaching. Different types of energy can be used in this procedure, with the most common being halogen, LED, or plasma arc. Laser tooth whitening does work, however it also can be quite painful for some people and of course it is the most expensive option.
One tip is always look for a product that is certified. There are products for sale in pharmacies that have not been approved and these are the ones that can cause damage to your teeth.
So let ask ourselves does teeth whitening really work? Amazingly so! It is all about finding the right product for you that works effectivley and of course...not spending our life savings to achieve our hollywood smile..
