Drinking Water for Acne

Does drinking water help with acne? First of all let’s take a look at the benefits of drinking water and what causes acne:

Water helps by flushing out toxins in your stomach, which helps liver do its job efficiently.

Water also leads to healthier digestive system hence toxin is released through the pores due to liver being too busy helping your stomach.

Water helps the body absorb nutrients much more effective.

Causes of Acne.

Acne occurs when small canals called follicles get blocked hence stopping the sebum gland from carrying dead cells past the follicles to the surface of the skin. So when impurities and excess oil clog up the pores it leads to acne breakouts. Other factors include hormone imbalance, stress, unhealthy diet, e.t.c.

So what has drinking water got to do with acne prevention?

The answer is in these 2 key points:

1. The skin's key role is to eliminate some of the toxic and metabolic waste in the body through sweating, hence flushing out toxins and the more water we drink the better the liver will do it's job of detoxifying efficiently.

2. The body is about 80 percent water therefore when the it is dehydrated, the skin loses moisture and the pores clog because there is less circulation to the skin area to provide essential nutrients.

The drinking water routine is designed to fully hydrate the body, cleanse the colon, assist the body’s detoxification processes, improve blood circulation to the skin, restore hormonal balance, and normalize the pH of the skin to prevent acne outbreaks.

Therefore the overall answer is drinking water will help reduce your acne since most of the benefits of water as stated above are associated with the causes of acne.

It is recommended taking 8 glasses of water a day whether you have acne or not. But it is also important to note that drinking water alone will not help clear acne. Ensure you know and follow the right skin care procedures that will give you keep you r skin clean and free of impurities.

There are many acne scar treatments available and therefore today no one has to suffer from acne scars. These skin care products are affordable and the outcome seen is quite remarkable from time to time. The acne products will help the skin to be clearer with a much more even tone, and diminish appearance of acne scars.

Remember, Water leads to healthy digestive system, not pops or any other drink. So, drink plenty of pure water for best skin health and use the right skin care products for that radiant glow.

Woow, i never know if water can go this far for acne. I drink much enough water a day, because i sit a lot a day (work). And, even though I rarely clean my face using facial cleanser, i don't get any acne.
