If you have a turkey neck, and wrinkles or sagging skin, jowls and other unpleasant things happening to your face, then you need to learn how to get rid of the turkey neck and wrinkles. When you are working on getting rid of the turkey neck and wrinkles, you need to make it a habit to moisturize your skin and keep it hydrated.

As we all age, starting in our 20's, we should start paying special attention to our skin. Always make sure that you have a good sun screen lotion on your face, neck and body before you go out into the sun.

When you purchase sun screen lotion, make sure that it has The Skin Cancer Foundation seal on the bottle. Without this seal of approval, the sun screen is said to not have the proper or effective protection that you need to protect your skin. The sun is one of the major factors for skin damage, the UV rays can harm your skin, and cause it to start aging prematurely.

The sooner that you start really taking care of your skin, the better it will look when you are older.

Your skin needs moisture, in order to keep it hydrated, as well as your body, so you need to make sure that you drink enough water everyday. When you are drinking enough water, it not only helps to moisturize you skin, but it helps your body to flush out the fats and waste that it needs to eliminate.

As far as keeping your skin hydrated, you can apply a moisturizer, or you can use a natural oil, which is Olive oil. When you put the Olive oil on your skin, it is actually a treatment for wrinkles. If you don't have any wrinkles, then great, it will help prevent them, but it you do have wrinkles, then just massage it into your skin. You will want to rub it on, going in the opposite direction of any wrinkles.

If you like carrots, then eating them is not only good for your health, but they are great for your skin. Drink carrot juice on a daily basis, an 8 ounce glass of juice will be enough, and you will begin to see a great improvement in your skin.

I am sure that you have seen programs on television, that have people in spas and health resorts, and they have cucumber slices placed on their eyes. Well, cucumber slices are very good to use, you place them over your eyes, and not only will it relax your eyes, it will make the black circles under your eyes disappear.

These are just a few things that can help in keeping your skin looking younger. If your skin looks better and younger, then so do you.

Use these tips, along with a facial exercise program, on a daily basis, and not only will you be able to lose the turkey neck and wrinkles, but you will be able to keep your skin moisturized, looking great, and can keep you looking younger.
