There is nothing new under the Sun and there is nothing new in the idea of not washing you hair for a long time of period being good in many ways. Although it is almost scary and hard to put in action give it a second thought.
I know it is a women’s topic but if you are a male reader don’t stop here. You actually might be a key figure!
My mother’s Boss was a lady in her fifties and she had not washed her hair for years. Yes, for years!
She and her husband were struggling to have a baby for over a decade (they finally got a son) and it triggered them to practice all sorts of healthy lifestyles. Eliminating the use of shampoos that contain chemicals was one on that list. She did not trust even natural ones. So she ended up with not washing her hair at all.
I swear; her hair was long, beautiful and rich like I’ve never seen before on any other woman.
What is the point here? By shampooing and washing our hair too often we are doing for our body many things that it should be able to take care of by itself. Our scalp has lost all its ability to keep our hair in good condition because some foreign intruders are doing the entire job for it.
You can distract any function of any body part similar way by just taking over its functions and giving it a years long vacation from what it is suppose to be doing.
So instead hair being our crown we end up being its slave tied up with our duties in endless attempt give it a proper all it needs. And yet they do not behave as we would want to, after all time and effort we are giving to them.
So lets give them a lesson.
At this point, thanks for every man who is still here and reading waiting for his big moment.
For who women wish to look beautiful? For you, the man.
The idea of leaving hair in careless state for a period is something not everyone is willing to do. If she could spend some months in a lonely island alone with no one seeing her – then yes. Otherwise it seems like a mission impossible. Going around like a monster for everyone to watch and laugh… Oh no!
Yet the benefits will be huge. Be a supportive husband or boyfriend and suggest the lady of you life to bravely go through 3 months period of “Wake up, hair!”
Provide her a boar bristle brush to do the brushing every evening. And perhaps some vitamins to support this project from inside her body.
And if you are a female reader – just go for it. A vacation would be a perfect time to begin and allows you to stay in a cave during the first weeks of chaos and horror.
SOS tip: When things get nasty, “wash” use baking soda and water paste to wash your hair and rinse it out with diluted vinegar.
I gave a lesson to my hair and now they obey me with support from within: Hair Regeneration Tea and Hair Essential vitamins.
You can contact me if any questions. And if you really are going to go for it… let me hear of the results.
