Healthy Looking Skin

Our skin can go through the harshest weather, toughest conditions and dirtiest places that it is only natural to have to look after it if we want healthy looking skin, then there are times when its harder to look after.

Have you looked around at some people and thought wow your skin looks so healthy and clean, what do you do?. Well most of the time there is not much you need to do, besides practicing and exersising a healthier diet in your life.

Some women will pay alot of money for creams and chemicals that claim to do all the wondersinf the world, (dont get me wrong I personally have my favourite lotions that i like to use also), yet most of the time alot of it is to do with a healthy lifestyle.

Main pointers would consist of :

A Healthy Eating Plan

This does not have to be about going on a strict diet, or any diet at all, so scratch that completely off your list. A healthy eating plan is simply controlling your food intake. I come from a background where our plates were filled to the top and we could not leave the table unless our plates were empty. Therefore my appetite was very high,

So a plan I needed for myself was to know the difference between eating beacause I was hingry as to eating because I was bored.

So knowing this made me realise that it helps to have a plan, to excersise a regular breakfast time, lunch and dinner.

Like i said before don not make it seem like a diet, it is simply a start to getting you into good eating habits, then you can find certain foods to gt that healthy looking skin.

Quit the Smoking and the Alchohol

Sorry to have to spoil it for you but these really are horrible habits that can benefit you in so many areas, and I dont think you can lose anything either.

Yet in saying that I have come across many smokers who say the same thing, they know these things as a fact and continue doing it, and i have been there myself so I wont go on, it really can be a battle of its own.

So if your in that battle I wish you the deepest luck, but yes these things can interfere with maintaing healthy looking skin.

Plenty of Sunshine and Fresh Air

Or more better put get outside. Do things you like keep your body active, and get plenty of fresh air. It all come back to looking after yourself and it will show in your skin.

When you do go outside pay particular care on the weather and try to time your outings more in the mornings or later in the afternoons where the sun is not at its stonget. Wear yourself plenty of sun protection ie: sun cream, hat, glasses etc.

The aim is to go out with a positive feel. Stand outside take a deep breath in and look ahead to what the outing may bring. Being positive will definitly show in healthy looking skin.

Try some Vitamins

Do not be afraid to try some vitamins. They are reallygood especially if you are busy. Many people these are so caught up in working, activities with the kids, bringing in that great deal to bring the paychecks home.

Therefore all the foods we should be getting are not happening, some may cringe at that and think well thats just lazy, but truth be told it happens and we dont get the vitamins we need to keep on top of it.

Vitamin A and E are proven vitamins to strengthen the skin as collagen and elastin break down through out the years. Vitamin B is also a good source for keeping your eyes and hair healthy and for having healthy looking skin.

Get Plenty of Rest

Rest is a very important part to having healthy looking skin. Our bodies need a time of shut down we can call it. They are pretty busy things and need to rest. Lack of sleep will show all over, especially in the eyes, your posture and your skin. So try to get that beauty sleep, your body deserves it.
