Exercise can help your skin
We all know the importance of physical activity and the benefits that come with it, but the effect of exercise on skin aging is real. Cardiovascular training and weight lifting not only helps your overall body but the largest organ of all, your skin. Regular exercise is key to radiant and toned skin. Lack of exercise means lack of blood flow, which is a major contributor to aging and wrinkling.
