I believe that it is human nature for all of us to have the desire to look as good as possible. One of the best ways to stay on top of our appearance is to learn how to get rid of wrinkles naturally.

As you get older, it is only natural that your skin begins to show wrinkles. Some of these wrinkles can be caused by excessive exposure to the sun, not eating right, not getting enough sleep, stress, and expression lines.

When you think about it, when you smile, your skin wrinkles at the corner of your eyes. After years of doing this, you develop crows feet. Most everyone wrinkles their forehead when talking, or even when thinking, and this puts creased in your forehead. We also unconsciously wrinkle our forehead, and the space between our eyebrows will also crease.

With all of the factors involved with our skin, facial or otherwise, and what it is exposed to on a daily basis, and what we do to it both knowingly and unknowingly, is it any wonder that it starts to show wrinkles and crinkles.

Many individuals have skin that is genetically protected from the signs of aging by containing a high skin protection factor in the makeup of their skin type. They are greatly protected from sun damage, which is a huge factor when dealing with your skin. People with dark colored or naturally deep tanned or olive colored skin tend to have a greater genetic skin protection factor.

Today there are many ways that we can reduce, prevent, and even eliminate wrinkles from our skin. There are dermatologist, and plastic surgeons, that make a great living from helping people with their skin problems. Of course, there is usually a great deal of expense associated with both professions.

The majority of us that are concerned with our skin, are not financially able to afford the expense of surgery to have plastic surgery performed. Then you have to think, do you really want to go under the knife for a facelift to make you look younger, or better than you think you look now. That is a big undertaking, plastic surgery.

Then, if you go to the dermatologist on a weekly or monthly basis, you have their fee. Then, if they provide you with specific skin care products, that are supposed to renew your skin and eliminate the spots and wrinkles, these products are also be very expensive.

There are a lot better, less expensive and more effective as well as permanent solutions to prevent, reduce, or completely eliminate your facial wrinkles.

You can do facial exercises, using your fingertips, to massage certain muscles under the skin on your face, and this will start to give you a better skin tone, and tighten your muscles, thus smoothing out your skin.

By exercising areas on your face and neck, you will help to increase the blood flow to these areas, which will give you a better complexion, and it also helps to increase the elastin levels in your skin.

By the age of 25, we start to have a decrease in the elastin levels in our bodies. Elastin is in the tissues and skin of your body. This is the protein that our body produces to keep our skin flexible and tight, this is how when you pull on your skin, it bounces back naturally.
