At one time or another, most if not all of us have skin on our neck that starts to look like a turkey neck. No, this is not glamorous, pretty or pleasant to look at. It can actually be pretty ugly, if not out right hideous. You can get rid of the turkey neck, with exercise, and avoid surgery on the neck.

Regardless what type of skin problem that you may have you want to try to avoid surgery in an attempt to correct the problem. It doesn't matter if it is on your face, body or neck. It doesn't matter if you have crows feet, laugh lines, sagging jowls, or one of many other things that can plague you as you get older, if at all possible, you want to avoid having surgery.

Having surgery can be extremely expensive, as well as dangerous. There is always the possibility of having complications when you have any type of surgery.

Everyone is familiar with the gyms, and all of the different diet and exercise programs that are available to keep your body in good shape. Sometimes it looks like there is a gym on just about every corner, in some towns.

There are also several programs that offer facial exercise routines and practices so that you can get the skin on your face as well as your turkey neck back in shape. You can improve your complexion, and get back a healthy looking color and glow.

I know that many men will say that they don't want a glow on their faces, although about 40% of the people that use facial exercise programs are men. No they probably are not concerned with their skin getting a nice healthy tone and glow to it, but they are definitely interested in taking care of the wrinkles, jowls, and the turkey neck that they have started getting.

So the best thing to do to get started on getting rid of the turkey neck, and avoid neck surgery, is to find yourself a facial exercise program that you like, and try it out. It is also a good idea to keep using moisturizers, because your skin can always use hydration. With the negative effects of the weather and the natural elements in the air today, you can use all of the help that you can get.

Now, get rid of the turkey neck, and don't even think about having neck surgery, plastic surgery, or any kind of surgery. Just get yourself one of the facial exercise programs, spend a little time daily to improve your appearance, and love looking in the mirror again.
