Hello everyone!
So lets compare these two amazing fitness equipment today, suspension trainer, or free weights? I believe majority of you guys here have been, or ever used dumbbells(free weights) in one of your exercise before, or maybe you are just starting out? and wondering which will work best for you? No problem, let me choose that for you, may I? I have been training in the Gym for almost 3 years, 6 days a week, which I think I am still a new guy in the hood! but that's not all that matter, what really matter right now is my pure knowledge and experiences that I have collected through out these 3 years of hard work, that I'm now going to share with you guys today.
I have used free weights at the Gym such as barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and suspension trainer WOSS 3000 inside my bedroom, yeap! that's 1 thing I love about my suspension trainer, it can be use anywhere, you can even travel with it, it comes with travel bag and it's lightweight.. but how does it compare to the free weights? Do you wanna know? Then keep on reading!
Who Should Exercise With Suspension Trainer?
Who? Well, basically everyone can benefit from it, kids, teenagers, adults, and elders. Because it is so light, that you doesn't need any strength to pick them up and hang them with the door anchor over to your door, or wrap the straps over a thick branch or poles that strong enough to hold on to your weight.. now how cool and convenient is that!? I mention that everyone can benefit from suspension trainer, even the elders, why? because suspension trainer allow you to adjust your position, you can simply adjust the level of intensity by walking a few steps to front, or few steps to back to increase the difficulty. And that is the beauty of it why everyone can use it.
Who Should Exercise With Free Weights?
Alright, now lets talk about free weights, can it be use by anyone at any age? I would say yes, but! I would not suggest kids, teenagers, or the elders to do any intense weight lifting exercise, because it can be highly dangerous at some point, and lifting heavy weight will higher the potential risk of injury. But, for those who are around their 20's, then I'll say go for it, and you will love it, don't ask me why, just do it.. and thank me later. For those ages 7 - 17, I would recommend you guys start slow, don't lift too heavy until you reach your 20, that same goes to the mid age, it's risky, so be prepare, get some protective belt for your waist, your wrists, and knees, you really don't want to injure them, trust me.
Conclusion
