So you want to learn how to gain a ton of muscle?
Well you're in the right place then, today I'm going to show you some basic tips that will help you on your journey towards a muscular body.
But before we do that, we need to go over things for a second. The things that i'm going to teach you in this article work, plain and simple. The only thing you need to do is to follow the advice, the information I'm going to give you is not sweet, it's not a pill, and it's not going to give you abs within 30 minutes. There is no pill that will magically turn you into a huge muscular giant, instead it just takes hard work, dedication, and consistency.
So if you're just looking for a magic pill, turn back now, if you're looking for real results, stick around, you're in for a treat.
So, in order to make the physical changes that you want to make, I need you to ask yourself, "how much muscle do I want to gain?" It's a good question, if you have no goal, how do you know where you're going? Whether it's 10 pounds of muscle, or 30 pounds, you need to know your target goal, this will give you motivation during tough times.
So once you have that goal, how do you get there? Simple, through exercise and eating. This is the secret, this is what has been held back to you for years, it's not the latest musclemaxemizer3000x!!! it's your diet and your exercise.
What kind of exercise? Well that depends on your goals, if you're just getting started though, try doing a 3 times a week full body workout. What does that mean? Workout each muscle group of your body, 3 sets, 3 times a week. I usually start with my deltoids (shoulders) and work my way down to my legs.

So that takes care of the exercise, simple right? I would add that you should do cardio as well, mainly in order to keep in good physical condition.
What about nutrition? Nutrition is actually pretty simple, in order to gain mass you eat more than your body burns during the day, in order to lose mass, you eat less. The hard part comes when you're trying to gain muscle, and not fat. Generally your average bodybuilder can gain between 1 to 2 pounds of muscle a month if he's not using steroids, that means if you're gaining more than this, there is a chance that some of it is fat.
To keep track of this just go buy a body fat calculator. You can get some calipers that work just fine from your local wal-mart. Calculate your body fat once every 2 weeks, if it's going up too much, just cut back on your daily calories. That way you can be sure that you're gaining muscle, and not fat.
