When a friend of mine first told be about the Flex Belt, I was skeptical. I've seen so many of these “ab belts” advertised over the years, even bought several, and have only ended up disappointed. It is nicely packaged, and comes with the belt, gel pads, a belt extension, an LCD remote, an AC adapter, a user manual, and a nifty carrying pouch.
The belt looks quite sophisticated and well-constructed. The user manual suggests many different workouts with the ab belt, which may be helpful for some people that need a specific routine to follow. So I strapped it on for the first time, and started playing around with the settings.
As I hadn't done any ab workouts for a long time, I started with the lowest intensity. Immediately, the machine rumbled into action, and I could feel it gently working out my abs. I then cranked it up to a medium setting, and felt a much more intense workout.
In terms of comfort, Flex Belt was actually not bad. It is slightly uncomfortable (of course, because you’re doing an ab workout), but it is not painful. If you’re sitting at the computer, you will definitely still be able to get some work done.
After 30 minutes of using the device, your abs will certainly feel a bit sore. But this is a good thing, as it is a sign the product is actually working out your muscles.
After 4 Weeks
After four weeks of using the Flex Belt, my abs definitely felt substantially stronger. I could feel it when I sat up in the morning and when bending down. Visually, my abs also look stronger too. I don’t yet have a six-pack, but I can see some of those ab muscles start to stick out a bit. This is reassuring and far more than I expected from this little device. I’m sure after several months of use, my abs will look better than they ever have.

Keys to Success
It is important to make sure you also adjust your lifestyle when you start using Flex Belt. This means eating healthier and getting in a bit of cardio exercise. Now you don’t have to go to extremes here, but don’t expect to achieve a six-pack if you’re eating Big Macs everyday while sitting in front of the TV for several hours.

The second thing you should consider is consistency. Now this doesn't necessarily mean using Flex Belt everyday. But it does mean using it regularly for several weeks.

This product will not give you incredible abs after a month of use (unless you already have great abs to begin with). It is not a matter of putting on this device everyday for a month either to see results. You have to eat healthier and get regular exercise too to start getting those ripped abs you've dreamed of. It can happen, but it is not as easy as the company makes it to appear.
Conclusion: Should You Buy This Product?
If you’re looking for a fairly easy way to get toned abs (and do so while completing work around the house), then Flex Belt may be worth looking into. It will stimulate your muscles in a way you've never experienced, is FDA approved, and is likely the only ab belt that actually works.
But don’t expect it to be some miracle product either. Such products don’t exist. You need to make sure you’re eating somewhat healthy and getting a bit of cardio in every week. But after several weeks of using this product, you will be happy with the results. And if you’re not, the official seller will even let you return it for a full return.
