TRX fitness is everything you need to gain strength an endurance you want. TRX is made out of suspension straps and can be easily used at home. With TRX fitness you can train you whole body. You can train your upper body, core strength, leg strength, agility, endurance, everything you want. With conventional weight lifting fitness you mostly train one muscle per exercise but with TRX that can't be done actually. There are always other muscles working, because otherwise you would fall out of balance. That is, what makes it such a great tool. You can train muscles that you can't with conventional fitness exercises. There are also so many exercises possible when doing TRX fitness that you will be fit if you just try them all.

I think it is the best tool for core training. I have done a lot of exercises for core training because of my back problems. I have strengthened my core a lot and also I gained strength in my shoulders, triceps and upper back muscles without even wanting to. So if you want to strengthen just one muscle, maybe TRX fitness just isn't for you.

The other great thing about TRX, it is the only thing you need. You don't need to spend money and space on al the equipment you need to make a full body workout. You just need an anchor on the ceiling or you can use the door anchor and attach it in every room that has a door, it could also work on windows but don't try it, I don't want to be responsible for any injury occurred in the process. Use it in you local fitness and you won't have to wait for others to finish their workout so that you can use the equipment, but why should you pay for local fitness if you can use at home and save money, yes I now there are not so many mirrors at home where you can watch your beautiful muscles grow, well you will just have to buy yourself one big mirror.

The best thing to do is to try TRX fitness at your local fitness and see if you like it and then buy it. Or you can just buy it, but not if you are lazy, it doesn't cure that. Buy TRX suspension training pro pack on Amazon.

I like TRX but I try to use a variety of tools. I use the pull-up bar, dip bar and of course the barbell. But TRX is definitely legit!
