Healthy Lifestyle can Enhance Breast Cancer Awareness

Now-a-days, many people become unable to maintain a healthy lifestyle due to various reasons. Eating unhealthy foods and no spare time for exercise have increased peoples chances of falling victim to diseases. Being a woman, you need to be more aware of your health. If you maintain a healthy life style you can achieve a prolonged and happy life. In the UK, breast cancer is a common disease and has taken the lives of thousands of women. Breast awareness will help you to achieve a healthy lifestyle and will also let you avoid deadly diseases like breast cancer. To achieve a healthy lifestyle it is important to focus on three prominent factors.

  1. Eat healthy
  2. Drink fresh juices and plenty of water
  3. Perform regular exercises

Importance of healthy lifestyle A breast aware woman always follows a healthy lifestyle that is why such woman maintains healthy breasts and lives a joyful life. According to World Cancer Research Fund it is vital for every woman to take a half an hour of physical exercise on regular basis, lose extra weight and avoid too much consumption of alcoholic drinks. Actually a healthy lifestyle helps in reducing the risk of breast cancer in women. According to Deputy Head of Science WCRF, Dr. Rachel Thompson, breast cancer can easily be prevented if women actively participate in physical exercises, avoid alcoholic drinking and carry less body fat. Dr. Rachel also thinks that in UK, thousands of breast cancer cases could have been prevented each year with help of a healthy lifestyle.

Follow a healthy diet plan to achieve a healthy lifestyleActually excessive use of alcoholic drinks leads to an increased formation of oestrogin. This can result in having dense breast tissues that increase risk of developing breast cancer. It is better for you to ask your doctor for a healthy diet plan that can let you lose extra weight and decrease risk factor of breast cancer. Breastfeeding is also a protective activity towards prevention of breast cancer. It is also better for you to attend various breast awareness programs so you can become more aware of your breasts. Although there are several other factors apart from healthy lifestyle that affects your breasts and can lead to occurrence of breast cancer. But healthy lifestyle puts a huge impact on your overall health and reduces the chances of breast cancer.
