4 Sneaky Tricks To Get Shredded Mens Abs

Today I want to chit chat with you about 4 little sneaky tricks that will help get a shredded core and ripped set of mens abs in no time at all. These 4 tips are sure to be a game changer when it comes to you getting abs.

1) Avoid Spot Reduction Training

Have you ever heard of the term spot reduction training? This is where you strictly focus on ONE area thus reducing the fat and look of the "spot." The truth of the matter is that spot reduction really only happens from surgical operations and is rarely ever are long term since you are only focusing on the symptom of the spot versus the source of the problem of the "spot." A good example would be as follows. My symptom is I have excess abdominal fat and the source is my body being out of balance and has produced the fat to protect vital organs. Spot reduction would tell you hey let's get lypo-suction or lat band surgery or gastric bypass thus only treating the symptom of the problem and not the source. When you treat the source of the belly fat it's simply changed by applying the right kind of mens abs workouts and mens abs diet, and leading a healthier lifestyle. Spot reduction training is risky and dangerous, trying to bury this problem will only result in it manifesting and exposing it self at a later date to a more profound effect.

2) Decreasing Body Fat Percentage Under 10%

A healthy body fat percentage range for men is typically between 14% and 17%, but if you really want to see your abs and get shredded you need to be below 10% in the single digits. The first place you will be able to notice your abs is usually at the "top" of your abdominal region since this is usually storing less fat than the "lower abs" which always seems like to hardest to get rid of, right? You can be under 10% body fat and still be healthy as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle and don't crash diet or take dangerous supplements to expedite the process. The 2 biggest keys to lowering your body fat percentage are by eating a clean healthy mens abs diet and doing the right exercises, none of those fancy pants machines and belts that promise to spot reduce the area.

3) Core Crushing Cardio

Cardio training is very important when it comes to disposing abdominal fat rapidly. You can actually remove stubborn belly fat and see your abs faster by getting under 10% body fat by increasing the intensity of your cardio routine. Cardio isn't something that needs to be done for hours at a time and multiple times a week. Cardio training allows your body to pump more blood through your body and when combined with a healthy diet will deliver more oxygen and nutrients to your cells providing you with more fat burning potential with long lasting energy. The more "in shape" your heart becomes the more you can increase the intensity of the cardio program which in this case for getting mens abs would be things like rowing,swimming,stair mill,or sprinting. When was the last time you saw a swimmer,sprinter of rower without ripped abs? NEVER!

4) Six Pack Strength Training

Strength training is essential when it comes to burning body fat and being able to see your abs. Strength training is what gives us long lasting lean muscle that will replace the fat that once used to be covering it. A pound of muscle is about half the size of a pound of fat so I am sure you can already imagine in your mind what you will look like when you replace fat with muscle. I would highly recommend using body weight exercises,dumb bells,kettle bells,barbells or bands for strength training instead of wasting time on silly machines that won't really get you the abs you want. Those are great additions to your mens abs exercises. Another positive side note from lean muscle gain is that 1lb of lean muscle will burn up to 50/calories a day while you are resting, so picture building 10bs of lean muscle and being able to burn 500/calories a day without doing a thing!

I want you to understand the importance here of these four tips when it comes to removing extra belly fat and getting the six pack you have been dreaming of for years. The old saying goes as said, "a wise man learns from others,but an even wiser man learns from others mistakes." That being said, remind yourself how smart you are and take advantage of these tips to get mens abs.
