Are you tired of trying different ways to get rid of your lower belly fat? You probably do not know anymore what you are going to do and where to look just to find a real effective method to remove lower abdominal fat. You do not have to worry anymore since you can effectively reduce abdominal fat once you have the proper workout routine that you can follow.

Stomach fat is considered as the most difficult body fat to eliminate and it is actually the dangerous one to carry. Excessive abdominal fat can result to coronary heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Each of these is enough reason to burn off fat in your belly.

Here are the simple, yet effective ways to reduce lower belly fat:

1. Cardiovascular exercise alone will not help you in eliminating belly fat. You have to combine them with comprehensive body workout routine. Many cardio exercises just burn off muscles rather than fat and this is not the best result. The best cardio exercises that you can do are walking, running, jogging, swimming, supersets and circuit workouts. However, you only have to perform cardio if you have healthy eating habits and you are exercising regularly.

2. If you truly want to know how to remove your lower belly fat, then it is best that you do not take anything 4 hours before sleeping at night. This is because metabolism will start to stall once your body is in a resting phase and this is not a good thing when you are trying to burn off belly fat. You may find this difficult, but this should be done. You have to program yourself to do this so that your body will lose fat fast.

3. The next thing that you should do is list down all of your weight loss goals on a piece of paper. You also have to write all the efforts you have made. You need to persevere to keep on top of what you are doing everyday, to learn if you are performing properly. List down how much you exercise have you done, how much have you eaten even the types of food that you eat each day. This can help you evaluate how well do your efforts are helping you.

4. Drink plenty of water because this will help you lose lower belly fat fast. Excessive tissue of fat is composed of 15% water and lean muscle tissue is actually composed of ¾ths water. This means that if you have less fat, the body will let you hold on to more water. The bigger you are, the lesser water your body can retain. Water is also considered as a great waste detoxifier. So drink plenty of water if you want to eliminate lower belly fat.

5. Those who are enjoying workout should include calisthenics along the series of pushups, lunges, thrusts and squats in your routine. In doing this, you will improve your fat burning ability and you will also be able to burn off fat all over your body not only the lower belly fat.
