5 Tricks To Lose Love Handles Fast

Getting rid of love handles can be tough, for whatever reason it seems that the last bit of fat that likes to hang around our bodies is right around the love handles. Fortunately it doesn't matter if you're trying to lose love handles for the summer, for a wedding, or just to look better, once you understand the basic principles we are going to go over today, you'll know exactly how to lose those love handles quickly.

1. Do Cardio -

You need to do some form of cardio, whether it's High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), jogging, speed walking, or going on the elliptical, you need to do some form of cardio to lose that weight. Some forms of exercise will burn more calories than others, if you're looking for a really good exercise program I would suggest looking at the reviews I have on this website.

2. Nutrition -

You can't lose weight unless you eat less calories than you burn in a day. Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated, what I like to do is just track my calories with an app like My Fitness Pal. It's free and gets the job done really well. If you don't have an app just start eating more vegetables, this will curb your appetite and help you lower the amount of calories you are eating.

3. Workout your core -

If you workout your core while you are losing weight, you will start shedding the fat and revealing a nice toned midsection. So if you're after abs like a lot of other people, you should work on your core. My favorite core workouts are:

- Crunches

- Planks/Side Planks

- Flutter Kicks

- Bicycle

- Leg Raises

4. Follow a program -

You need a program and a routine to follow, if you don't have on you won't get to far. After all, if you don't know where you are going how are you going to get there? I like to write out a goal based around a time frame, such as lose 10 pounds in 5 weeks. Than I post it on my mirror, this helps keep me motivated to workout every day.

Losing weight and getting in shape isn't too hard. The problem is a lot of people are just misinformed or need a little bit of a push to get things going. Just follow the above 4 steps and you'll be well on your way to achieving success. If you're really serious about seeing results I would also suggest checking out some supplements to help you.
