Here are some of the best exercises that you can do if you really want a flat stomach in no time.

Running – This is actually one of the best and effective exercises to achieve flat stomach. This exercise can be done anywhere and this is a good way to burn those extra calories. You do not have to register in a gym just to get this very much needed workout. You can go and run in a park to get the most out of running.

Weight Lifting – This is a good workout if you want to maintain or build some muscle. This will help you increase your metabolism so that you can burn a lot of calories. If you have never lifted some weights before, this is a good way to enhance your physical appearance by producing small muscles while you are burning fat successively. Athletes that are not yet trained can easily produce muscle and reduce fat better than those well-trained athletes.

HIIT Training – This training is quite different from the usual jogging or running. With HIT training, you are going to utilize short but strong intervals in performing the exercises. A conventional HIIT cardio session includes a minute of walking, two minutes of jogging, thirty seconds of sprinting, two minute of jogging, forty seconds of sprinting, two minute of walking and thirty seconds of sprinting. You will notice that these activities are divided into short intervals that you can repeat when needed. HIIT is a very intense workout that can exhaust the body. HIIT training can be dangerous for someone who is only starting to exercise. This training will really burn many calories as compared to other exercises. This is actually good for elevating the metabolism of the body for greater periods of time.

Cycling - This exercise is a fun type of exercise for many people who want a flat stomach. You can do cycling outdoors or even indoors. This can burn more calories and will make you fit in no time.

Swimming – This is another type of belly exercise. You can eliminate a lot of calories and work various muscle groups all at the same time. Just look at the body shape of the professional swimmers.

Abdominal Exercises – These exercises are used in order to generate muscles, tighten and strengthen the abdominal area. When you eliminate the layers of fat from the ab muscles, your six packs will surely show. The two best abdominal exercises are leg raises and crunches.
