In this World,Time is getting Faster and faster that now no body has the time for the care of its Health,and it is damn Important to keep you fit and Healthy ,So that u can live ur life proudly,Happily and sexy,You can see that for the saving of time there is so many machines developed ,that's why people are not much fond of workout,which is Dangerous for their health in the Future,and can Effect the Next generation,So,I am going to tell u some Muscle Building tips,so u can build it usefully,Remember start slowly and lessly to get more strong and fit Body

#Running

Running is the Best Exercise for the stamina and warmup,u be thinking about the muscle buildings,wait wait i will tell u the tips but before do some run ups, running is not easier as it is thinked ,to do the proper Running,you should Straight your backbone 90degree,then when u starts running u keep ur head straight ,The advantage of this technique is simple,It keeps u concentrate and most amazing thing ,it makes your running more easier then the Downer head,after that u need to do relax your hand ,some people make their hands stick so strong to their chest ,it means that u are using so much power,don't do it,just relax your arms n hands and make your running easier

#Weights

Now,after some run ups we have come to exciting part ,which is Weights and in this weights This Includes Dumbles.There are Following Exercises that u need to Practice [Remember start slowly]

1.Back-muscle Workout

Start with Back-muscle,u should lay down,you back-muscle upward and ur face downward to floor,then pull your head and your legs both up in the way that i cause pressure on the middle ,which makes you back muscle strong,so u wont be getting injuries

2.Biceps Workout

biceps workout is done by Dumbles,take the weight lighter that u can lift easier ,Do 12 pumps(2 times),u can take up rest it you are tired,Don't do Reps by and by, u did first Rep ,Then take rest ,and again pump up 12 times(both left and right)

3.Triceps Workout

Triceps is important because if you have biceps shaped and think that u haven't developed your triceps,think that how funny it would be,So same Take the dumble lighter which u can easily lift up,Same 12 reps(2 times)then rest again 12 Reps (times)[left &Right Both]

4.Shoulders Workout

This is also the Interesting Development Exercise,take the weight lighter that u can lift easier ,Do lift 12 reps(2 times),u can take up rest if you are tired,Don't do Reps by and by, u did first Rep ,Then take rest ,and again lift up 12 reps(both left and right)

5.Legs workout

The same as the above there is nothing Different to do,Just using your legs and shaping up,Lift the easier one,Equal lifting s Both left and right.12 reps(2 times),rest,again,12 reps(2 times)

[Rember, Do these exercises regularly,if you take rest of 2 days so it wont work for Ur body

Do eat full of your stomack,u can use stacks also]
