Build Muscle   -   Best Way To Build Muscle For Skinny Guys

Everyone is always looking for the perfect body. Women generally want to tone down their muscles to a cut state, but men are always seeking the best way to build muscle mass on their frames. Some of the best ways to get that massive body and build muscle is to use muscle confusion. Using muscle confusion will always keep your body guessing, and therefore it will keep increasing the amount of lean mass that it has in order to keep up with the increased demand that is put upon it.

Step 1: Vary the amount of weights that you use in order to build muscle. Set aside days that are going to be your "heavy" days. On these days you will be trying to increase the amount of weight that you are able to lift. If you are able to complete more than 3-5 repetitions then it is time to increase the amount of weights that you use. On the next week a person training can go to a more moderate method of lifting. The rep range between 8-12 repetitions is perfect for this. This is the area that most experts agree will grow the greatest size. The next week a higher repetition workout can be done. Reps in the 12-16 range are they key area to target. This gives the joints a bit of a break and works the muscles out differently. This three pronged attack will work the fast twitch and the slow twitch muscles to get maximum size.

Step 2: Vary the workout frequency. On some weeks stick to a five day split. On other weeks do a two day split twice. Monday and Thursday workout upper body, and on Tuesday and Friday workout the lower body. Again, this is meant to make the body never get use to any single method of working out so it will always remain in a positive anabolic state.

Step 3: Vary workout order. If you are doing back and biceps on one day as part of your plan to build muscle, then occasionally work your biceps first and your back after. This may seem counter intuitive since you will be working out the smaller muscle group first. Don't worry about that. This will only be done on occasion and it's going to again trick your muscles into growth.

No matter what type of workout plan you are following adding the above muscle confusion principles into the mix is the best way to build muscle mass.
