So many people want six pack abs but so few really make it. The reason for this is lack of real motivation and a lack of solid knowledge. I will help you on these two subjects.
Motivation comes from within. To stay motivated, you need to have a very apparent and pressing reason. What this reason is is for you to create. Create something that you can draw on for strength in times of weakness. For me, my reason is to create art in the form of my body. The pain is what shapes my soul.
When it comes to eating right. It actually feels good afterwards and you start to love the taste of wholesome foods. In fact, you really do start to hate the taste and even the smell of junk food after a while!
Training always sucks. Especially cardio. The only good part is being done with it. All that relief and the mellow feeling is just great when sprinkled with a slight sense of accomplishment and pride.
Your training should always be intense but brief. Always put as much effort as you can into everything. Do not drag it out or try to make up for weak training by doing more exercises. Just put 100% into every second of training time!
Cardio should be no different. Sprint as hard and as fast as you can. Only stop to take a break when you absolutely can not maintain that pace anymore. Breaks should be no longer than a minute. It is ok if your sprint times start to get shorter as long as you keep pushing it to the limit.
All this hard training is the only thing that will give your body the proper stimulation to make a change. It is like a button that you just have to press hard enough. Pressing it softly one hundred times will not get you anywhere but one hard smash of it should do the trick!
If you need any more help, there is no excuse to quit when there are so many resources readily available to you! The only thing you have to do is work hard and keep working hard until you get there. There is a reason six pack abs are so coveted and that is because so many have been mislead on how to get them. These are the cold hard facts that will get you six pack abs if you just show a little faith and go for it! What have you got to lose? Your gut?
