Buttocks Exercises for Men - How to Build Bigger, Sexier Buttocks

While it is true that many women are looking for ways to make their booties bigger and that men are really attracted to big and wellshaped female butts, the opposite is also true. With opposite I mean that women are equally attracted to a strong wellshaped male butt. A wellshaped butt on a man signifies strength and viririlty. The butt is also one the bodyparts that is really difficult to hide underneath your clothes. If your butt is flat or out of shape it is going to show. Also a flat butt will put your stomach out making it appear bigger. A strong butt will improve your entire posture. So then it is time to take action and learn how to get a bigger, stronger and sexier butt.

Strengthening your buttocks will not only improve your sex appeal but will also improve sportactivities. Practically any sport that contains a lot of running and jumping relies on the buttocks for speed and power. Examples will include basketball, baseball, fencing, kickboxing , martial arts not to mention ice-hockey where the buttocks play a major role in the movement. Stronger buttocks will also help keeping your spine in the right position by improving your posture thus preventing back pain. With all this in mind you have every reason to make your butt bigger, stronger and better shaped.

Getting a bigger butt is the same as making any other muscle bigger. You must give it some serious resistance to work against. When a muscle has to work against a heavy load it has no option but to get bigger and stronger. A light and highly repetitive workload will not make the muscles much bigger simply because there is no use to be strong if workload is light. This is why weightlifters are heavily built and longdistance runners skinny. Both of them train a lot but you do not need a lot of strength to run well and therefore a runners muscles are not big.

So what you need in order to get a bigger, stronger and better shaped butt is a program designed to make your butt bigger. Such a program will contain specific exercises targeting the buttocks and with enough resistance to make the buttocks grow. A program designed to merely firm the buttocks will not do the trick.

It is important that the exercises really targets the buttocks so that they do the majority of the work instead of the legs. The problem for many is the legs take over most of the workload and thus hampers the buttocks from growing. It is also important that you have several different workouts to chose from as the body will adapt to certain movements after a number of weeks and thus stop growing.

All this is not as complicated as it might seem and it does not take more than a few minutes a day to do. If you have access to a gym that is great but there are many exercises that can be performed at home in your own time. It will require a little effort, but wouldn't it be worth it?

To summarize, getting bigger and stronger buttocks, will improve your looks and sex appeal, make you a better sportsman and also help against back problems.
