Are you struggling with your abdominal fat? If you do, you can now say goodbye to your flabby abs since there are now a lot of belly fat exercises that can help reduce the fat that surrounds your abdominal muscles.

One of the most common exercises for the belly is crunches. You can do this by lying down against your back with the knees bent and the heels flat against the floor. Put your hands at the back of your head and raise the upper part of your torso using your abdominal muscles. Most people do crunches in trimming and toning their abs and afterwards wonder why they never get positive results. This only means that even if crunches are included in an abdominal workout routine, you also have to concentrate on other types of exercises.

Pilates is one type of exercise that particularly targets the muscles in the abdomen. This exercise can help you achieve a better posture, burn fat and give you well-toned abs. You can join a class or look for a Pilates exercise video.

Ab vacuums or Isometric exercises are very convenient because you can do them anywhere you maybe. You can do these exercises even when you are standing or sitting, all you have to do is to contract your abdominal muscles ten seconds each time. In doing this, you are already doing abdominal crunches without lying on the floor.

Do not forget to perform the cardio exercises. These can help condition the lungs and the heart. They also burn the fat all around the body.

If you want to burn the fat around your abdomen, then you have to do interval cardio exercises.

Some examples of these interval cardio training are bicycling, swimming, hill runs and wind sprints. Your goal is to engage in short, but intense periods of training. You have to do this as intensely as you can, but make sure that you set some recovery periods, where you can slow down and catch some breath.

If you are going to use the right combination of belly fat exercises, you can trim and tone your abdomen fast. You will surely achieve the body shape that you want.

To help remove abdominal fat quickly, here are some exercises that you can do in just 10 minutes.

First Minute: Start your workout by warming-up. Try running in place until you are feeling some sweat on your forehead.

Second Minute: Perform mountain climbers – Place yourself in a push-up position. Place one foot forward just at your hip line. Do this alternately, bringing one foot forward while placing the other one to straight position. Make sure that your back is in a straight position and do this exercise as fast as you can.

Third Minute: Perform some squats: When you do squats, you have to push your buttocks while moving down to make sure that your back is straight all the time. On your way up, make sure that you exhale and do not go down with your knees as low as 90 degrees.

Fourth Minute: Perform Knee to Chest Jumps. This might be hard to do after the squats, but it will really help you eliminate abdominal fat.

Fifth Minute: Perform Push-Ups. Make sure that your hands are wide apart to bee able to work on your chest.

Sixth Minute: Perform Lunges. Keep knees aligned with your toes.

Seventh Minute: Do Bridges: Keep your feet on the floor while you do this.

Eighth Minute: Running in Place. When you do this, you have to do this with knee-high steps. Perform this as fast as you can.

Ninth Minute: Perform Close Grip Push-Ups. This creates tension on the triceps.

Tenth Minute: Perform squats and Knee to Chest Jumps – This workout will really work you off wonderfully.

If you do not own any fitness equipment or you do not have enough time to go to the gym, there are still several belly fat exercises that you can do to eliminate abdominal fat. You can even perform these exercises in just ten minutes. Use your weight as resistance to get a wonderful workout that will help burn the fat off your body.
