Get A Six Pack 3 Minutes at A Time

The trick to getting past a big challenge is to break it down into smaller hurdles. This can be applied to getting a six pack just as much as anything else. While you can`t get a six pack in 3 minutes, you CAN most certainly get six pack 3 minutes at a time. Does not that sound a lot less intimidating and daunting than saying it will take days, weeks, or months. Remember that you are alive and that 3 minutes of unpleasantness here and there is really nothing overall compared to the rewards it will bring you! Here`s what you can do with just three minutes of effort!

You can prepare a home cooked meal for one. While this may take some skill to actually do in 3 minutes, once you get the hang of it, it really does go by fast. Once everything is in the pot or on the pan, multitask and watch TV or whatever you like at the same time. Afterwards, just take 3 minutes to serve it up on a plate and you`re set!

You can do one set of an exercise, maybe two. Working out really should not take that long. Real results can only be achieve with intense work. All this long, drawn out stuff is a mix of misinformation and a crutch for those who are not willing to really work hard. Not to be too hard on them, though, it is hard to find good information on training abs. Lucky for you!

You can complete an entire cardio session! Yes, you heard me right. Just like being in the gym, when you hit the trail, you go all out and you don`t stop until it`s over! Simply start sprinting and don`t stop. Even when your throat is hoarse and your legs are pumping battery acid, just keep pushing for the whole 3 minutes. You will find that even in sprinting there are second winds. The hardest part is actually the minute or two afterwards when your exhaustion catches up with you and you feel like you are on the top of a mountain with very thin air.

See what you can do in just 3 minutes? What if you spent 3 minutes learning? What about three minutes put into an actual workout? Small parts, my friend, small parts. Rome was not built in a day, it took many years of conquests. But even those conquests had their own separate battle. Fight your battles and win!
