- Eat Heahlthy Fats: You should include healthier fat like monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats in your diet. Like, natural nuts, butter made from nuts, fish oils and of course olive oil. These sources of fats will help your insulin to remain at a healthy level which in turn help you reduce stomach fat. Don't be scared of these fats, eat wisely and you'll start to see those six pack abs.
- Focus On Your Diet: To reveal those six pack abs it's important to eat a balanced diet, which is made up of, protein, healthy fats and some carbs. Working out exactly how many carbs to eat can be tricky, but the best rule of thumb is to eat post workout.
- Stop Doing Tons Of Crunches: Doing multi-joint and body movement exercises will burn more fat then heaps of crunches. Instead do exercise like, barbell squats, dumbbell lunges, barbell dead lifts, military press, dips, bench press. Do your abs exercise for 20 min 2 times per week.
