How Teenagers Build Muscle

Hey Guys!

Do you want to get big? Im here to help, Ive been in your position before! Its Guy here with my first article on bodybuilding! My first article will be what to do to start off bodybuilding and ill gradually keep making more intense ones on what workouts, diets and supplements! If your new to bodybuilding you need to know your diet is as important as your workouts! Guys who are more experienced remember that ill be coming back with more advanced things soon!

Honestly if your quite skinny like I was and you couldnt put on muscle no matter what you need your diet right first! Firstly today record everything you eat on a piece of paper, record how many carbs, protein and fats are in each meal and make sure to have at least 5 meals a day!

Total them all up and I want you to be having is carbs, protein and fats. If you need to know whats in carbs, proteins and fats. Always know what your putting into your body and make sure its good foods. Get down to your gym and if you havnt really done weights before start off with shoulder press and dumbbell chest press 3 sets of 8 straight away 30 seconds rest in between we need to get you hurting and tearing your muscles to get them bigger! Find a weight your comfortable with but it is still hard and you fatigue.

Remember if you want to put on muscle you need to work hard thats the thing, people think oh yeh ill just push out a few reps, NO! Then do squats and deadlifts 3 sets of 8 and then pushups with a theraband( a restriction) so its harder to get up from the extension of the push up and chin ups, with these do 3 sets and push out as many reps as possible, this will start to really burn your muslces! Really push yourself, also if you havnt done these before make sure you get a professional to help with technique, you could easily pull a muscle as your arteries are working very hard too. After your session get a protein shake into you, I use Maxs Muscle Gainer and I have 2 full scoops and 400ml of milk just for extra proteins and fats. Get in carbs and proteins with fats in too, like chicken, turkey or salmon. Anything within that region of your choice, get in before 45 minutes of completion of your workout. Now rest, yes go and have a walk a few hours after if you want but nothing too serious. I know you guys want to stay up late but seriously sleep is so important for building muscle to full potential. Get at least 9 hours after a workout. Please I beg you its so important.

This is my beginners article hope you liked it! Remember ill be back with more advanced workouts, what protein shakes, supplements and diet. I will also talk about how our muscles work a bit and why you should take certain supplements so our ATP can keep performing, stay tuned!
