I know you see tons on commercials daily, advertising different weight machines that all promise to transform your body in 30 days or less. Well I am here to tell you that you don’t have to waste hundreds of dollars on the latest muscle building gadget; I will show you how to build muscle without weights or any other gadget. To build muscle without weights takes determination and at least a little effort to see results. You want to pick the right exercises and diet properly to achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time.

To begin our how to build muscle without weights session, you want to first grab a piece of paper and a pen and write out a list of long term goals and short term goals. It is important to set your long term goal high that way if you miss it you will always land somewhere close to it. Once you have your goals established you want think off what you do in the run of a day and when you can do a little extra to tone your body. Think about ways at school or work and etc. Maybe while you have down time at work, if permissible, you can do leg lunges up and down the hall way to tone your lower body and do pushups to tone your upper body.

Another advantage of how to build muscle without weights is that it lowers the risk of you injuring yourself or overly fatiguing your body. Maybe your normal daily activities require that you use more physical strength and using heavy weight workouts will make you exhaust fairly quicker.

Some good equipment to use that is fairly cheap and want over work your body is medicine balls, ankle and wrists weights, and various types of resistance devices. I really enjoy using the ankle and wrists weights because it allows you to workout barely noticing that you are. You can just strap these on while you are at work, school, or while you’re doing your normal daily duties and get a great workout. After wearing you will notice that your calf, thigh, shoulders, and arm muscles will be toned.

The next thing that is important in how to build muscle without weights is your diet. If you don’t diet properly all of your efforts will go down the drain. With that being said, it will be wise to develop your own diet plan. If you follow these steps closely of how to build muscle without weights and incorporate proper diet it is possible to get a more toned body and lose many pounds within a month.
