Listen Up! I the Muscle God am speaking. Thou shalt follow these 10 commandments to get the answer to thy question: How to Gain Muscles Fast? Breaking these commandments will invite my severest displeasure and will keep you a skinny runt for ever!

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 1

I am the Muscle God and the ripped Lord of Muscle Gain and Thou shalt not use the term "Hardgainer" in my presence or absence.

Once you start using that term, it becomes nothing more than an excuse. Remember, there may be hardgainers, but there is nobody who is totally incapable of gaining muscle. This single word will ruin your mindset and derail your goals completely.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 2

Thou shalt always remember this golden rule of the Muscle God: “What You Eat is What You Get!”

Muscles do not grow in the gym. They are actually built in the kitchen and the grocery store. The adage of "garbage in and garbage out" well and truly applies to muscle building. Nutrition is the key component of building a muscular body. A proper diet plan ensures that you have the right quantity and quality of carbohydrates, proteins and fats going inside your body. Simply working out without a good nutrition plan is like trying to build a house without bricks.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 3

Thou shalt not perform more than 12 reps per set. Period.

Going beyond 12 reps is going to emphasize your slow twitch muscle fibers which have the least opportunity for growth. To gain muscles fast you need to ensure that all your muscle fiber types are taxed. Choose your weights heavy and remember that 13th rep is forbidden.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 4

Thou shalt stop talking and start taking action. Thou slacker!

Your brain may be the biggest storehouse of muscle gain information but all that is useless if you do not go out there and take continuous action. There is nothing wrong in collecting information but what is the point if you don’t act on it? The world is full of paper tigers overflowing with info but not an ounce of muscle to show for it. Real champions on the other hand spend more time working out, planning their meals and executing their plans. They spend more time doing and learning than just talking about it. So, I your Muscle God command thee. Go forth and slog thou lazy bum!

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 5

Thou shalt blast you muscle with ever increasing intensity and thus shalt I build you in my ripped image.

What is the point of exercising your muscles with weights which is below their capacity? Exercise, by definition is about subjecting your muscles to activity which should tax their capabilities. The sure shot way to grow those muscles is to lift heavy weights and to perform each rep with maximum intensity and focus. Doing endless reps with feather-light weights is simply going to give you a false sense of achievement and no actual muscle gain.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 6

Thou shalt not forget the bodyweight exercises just because you are surrounded by all those shiny machines in the gym.

Bodyweight exercises are some of the best for building muscles fast. Then why is it that they are not all that popular nowadays? I guess the simple answer is that they are so darn tough to do! I have seen hunks with ripped chest and shoulders who are unable to pull off a decent set of pushups with the right form. The truth is, pushups, pullups, squats, leg raises etc are absolutely fantastic exercises and any workout routine is incomplete without them.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 7

Thou shalt get enough rest between workouts for this is the path to fast muscle gain.

A common myth is that muscles grow when you work out in the gym. Muscles actually grow when you are resting. In fact most human growth happens when you are asleep. Rest is when your muscles repair any damage that they may have suffered and bulk up to be able to withstand the next workout. Insufficient rest is going to ruin your muscle gain goals.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 8

Thou shalt not workout without a plan for that is the shortest path to remain a 98 pound weakling.

A good workout routine requires a good amount of planning. Unplanned workouts with no purpose to them are an absolute NO-NO. Instead what you require is a good, well planned, long term workout routine. Thus shalt thou get the answer to the question: How to gain muscles fast.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 9

Thou shalt increase your strength by 5 % every two weeks and thus you shalt you please thy Muscle God.

Are you lifting the same weights that you were lifting a month ago? What's the point of even being in the gym then? Always aim at increasing your strength by 5 % every week. Only then will your muscles adapt to increasing stress by packing on more muscle.

How to Gain Muscles Fast? Commandment # 10

I, your Muscle God am a patient God and thou shalt not indulge in program hopping. For this impatience is the shortest route to my displeasure.

The easiest way to displease the Muscle God is to try a program for a few weeks, before it has been given the time to work and then giving it up saying "This is not working." Losers do that ad you my friend can do better than that. When you take up a good muscle gain program, follow it faithfully and give it the time that is required for it to work.
