These foods include brown rice, whole grain bread, rolled oats, pasta, chicken breast, beef, turkey, mince, full-cream milk, cheese, eggs, nuts, legumes, high calorie fruits and vegetables. By consuming these foods you'll be on your way to a curvier look in no time.

3 - Use Resistance Exercises to Build Curves

Another important aspect to gaining weight is to use resistance exercises. Resistance exercises are important for building muscle mass which in turn will make you look more curvy and feminine. Resistance exercises you should utilise in your workout program include push ups, pull ups, chin ups, dips and body weight squats. If you have access to a gym you should focus on barbell squats, deadlifts and dumbbell bench press. 4 - Go to Bed Early
