The topic I am going to address here is one that is important to most men (and even some women). We are going to discuss how to increase testosterone naturally in men .This is a question I hear alot,In fact it was a question I asked myself a few times back when I started to get serious about gaining muscle mass. A lot of guys resort to steroids but that is definately not a good idea ,especially for you younger guys .Not only are steroids against the law,it shuts down your own naturally production.

First there many common sense things you can do right away to increase your hormonal levels.Stop cosumeing large amounts of alcohol(I here the groans already) But seriously,even just a couple of drinks has been shown to slow down testostorne production.
Get a good night sleep.Your hormonal activity increases a great deal during deep sleep.This happens because while you sleepand rest is when your body repairs itself.With out proper rest you will severely inhibit your muscle gains.
A proper workout routine can really help with increaseing your hormonal levels as well.The big compound exercises like the squat and dead lift have been shown to help increase both growth hormone and testosterones .The small isolateing excersises like dumbbell curls and leg exstensions do very little in raiseing your test and growth hormone output levels.Try to limit the time your workout takes. It has been shown in studies that your hormonal levels decrease the longer your workout takes. So try to keep in under an hour for each of your workouts.
And here is a biggy ,the types of foods your eat,when you eat them and how much you eat has a huge impact on your testosterone levels.Now the vegan vegetarians are going to hate me for this but eating red meat and fats does raise testosteroone levels(sorry guys ,but that is how the research pand out).Still you need plenty of fruits and vegis to aid your inmune system(can't build muscle if your sick all the time).
Nuts has also shown to be a good protien for aiding in hormonal out put. And whole eggs (yokes included)have been shown to increase test level and with no increase in bad cholesterol.and fats have shown to play an inportant roll in testosterone production.And it also showed people who have extremely fat restricted diets over a long time have lower test levels.
