As I mentioned in my first tip of writing up a weight gain plan you should plan which foods to consume as well as how many meals you should be consuming per day.

These foods should be high calorie, high protein foods. Some of the foods you should be consuming include wholegrain bread, wholegrain pasta, rolled oats, brown rice, skinless chicken breast, lean beef, salmon, whole eggs, full-cream milk, cheese, cottage cheese, nuts, corn, lentils, beans, avocados, dried fruits, bananas and mangoes. By consuming these foods you'll be able to build curves quickly.
