Hello Fellow Bloggers,
I just want to introduce myself as this is my first article here on street articles.
My name is Randy, I'm 43 years old and I'm a health and fitness nut. I work out 5 to 6 times a week and I've doing this for 23 years. I have been taking supplements for the same amount of time.
I have found in the last 5 years especially a lot of people have been asking me what I eat, what kind of supplements do I take, and how do I keep so young looking.
It seemed like I was always repeating myself and telling people the same things over and over again, and then it hit me about a month ago. Why don't I build a website so that I can tell everyone and anyone who wants to listen to my advice.
That's what I did, in September of 2015 I got my first website started and I began downloading all my knowledge into it. I'm finding it a very fun and rewarding process.
I have learned so much information about dieting, weight loss, weight gain and muscle gain that I feel it is of great value to the general public and I want to share all of it.
All of the advice I give are things I've personally experimented with and tried out myself. I don't believe in just giving out random advice I heard about through someone else.
The Modern Diet
I'm convinced that the modern western style diet is slowly killing people and they don't even know it. There is such a lack of nutritional education out there, I find it ridiculous. I hope I can give people an alternative to what is commonly thought of as good eating habits.
There are so many faulty diet plans and advice out there, even from the government that are misleading people and leading them down a path of poor health.
Giant fast food, soft drink, and snack companies are brainwashing the general public into thinking it's okay to eat like that. It's not okay, and it's harming you!
Obesity, diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and cancer are all on the rise. Is this a coincidence? I don't think so, I believe it's mostly related to the diet that's mainly eaten today.
The solution
Change our minds, then change our diets and get the proper amount of exercise.

This is all possible, and it's not too difficult!
It's up to you, you have to change your mind and be willing to give something new a try.
