Now is the time to start the path to health and vitality and to make sure your body will carry you for years to come. Tell me you also ask yourself this every time you go to sleep” I will go to the gym tomorrow morning………….. no problem. Am I right yes………… don’t worry, we are all humans and we just need a mind change to bring us in the right direction in looking after ourselves and is the path to health and vitality.

I am not saying you must do heavy exercises to you drop, no that is not necessarily, just be more active in your lifestyle and make sure you eat the right kinds of food. This is the path to health and vitality and will definitely increase your lifespan we all want so much.

A suggestion if I may is to work out a training program for you and keep to that program example walking after work or early in the morning. Not to say aah I did practice no I can eat some junk food. That’s a NO NO. Also work on a good nutrition plan and stick to it. If you did went of your program for a day or two. Don’t loose confidence…………. Go on with the program.

When doing some exercises………. Don’t over train, this can be bad for your body, muscle and you have to stop training for at least 3 weeks and start over again, now you don’t want that. Start slow and work your way up the ladder, and remember to training regularly, try not to skip a day. Lets look at some cardio workout……….. the path to health and fitness is to also do some exercises that will let your heart pump faster than normal for the minimum of 20 minutes for minimum of three times per week to get those muscles working and blood pumping.

If you can join a aerobics club but if you can,t……………use a skipping rope which burns allot of calories which you want right. For men………… here is some tips I used and still use when on holiday if a gym is not around. Push – ups but the trick is to warm up before exercise………… do push ups but slow down and fast up. Do maximum reps then rest for 1 minute and do again, do only 3 sets. For your bi - ceps I use the door frames to lift myself up.

There are so many ways to exercise and to life a healthier life, it can be exercises, food and nutrition. Nowadays it can not be easy in our busy life’s especially if your in the city. Try to make time for this important point in your life.
