Rock Hard Abs - Is Rock Hard Abs Possible To Reach?

Aah this is a topic that are very touchy to most people and the most difficult to obtain and maintain, and that is How to get rock hard abs. I do say myself it is not easy to get rock hard abs or any sign of muscles around your mid section. Some people train for years and do not have or reach the point of having rock hard abs. But why not..........is it the exercises that's difficult, I would say its the way you practice that region.

How many times per week are enough to keep those muscles working. Some people do sit - ups everyday for about 20 minutes and get nowhere. I would say not more than 3 times per week, for me a include my waist section with my legs and calves exercises. Be careful not to over exercise, if I can use that word in this con-tense. No more than 3 times per week. What you can also do when doing your day to day activities whether at work or home........pull your stomach in the whole time if you can but we tend to forget but if you remember again pull it in and keep it their while sitting in a chair or whatever your doing. This does exercise your waist area and you can even feel it after a day or two.

Their are allot of exercises on the market these days but the best is to try them and see which one is working for you. One of them are the bicycle exercise which is lying flat on your back, hands at back of head touching lightly and legs lifted and bend, touching your right elbow with your left knee and then the other side. That's why they call it the bicycle exercise which works great for getting rock hard abs.

Just another exercise for you to try is called long arm crunch, lie flat on your back with your arms stretched behind your head, lift your shoulder blades of the floor and keep your abs contract, lower your shoulder blades and repeat the movement. These are 2 exercises I use in my routine which is not difficult to do.When looking for those rock hard abs don't just practice the body and leave your abs section because its to difficult to obtain. Practice makes perfect if you keep to a certain way of exercises.

Do not forget about the side abs and the love handles that needs to be worked on. Their is a way to better abs and rock hard abs as-well and is in your reach.
