Write Up A Plan

However this does not mean you should eat everything in sight, in fact far from it. What you should be doing is to consume healthy high calorie, high protein foods to bulk up with minimal fat gains. Foods you should consume include brown rice, rolled oats, whole grain bread, whole grain pasta, lean meats such as chicken, turkey, mince, beef, dairy such as full-cream milk, cheese, cottage cheese, eggs, fruits and vegetables as well as nuts and legumes. If you consume these foods then I can guarantee you will not only build a bigger butt, you will also improve your health significantly.

Use The Right Exercises

If you want to build a bigger butt quickly to reap the benefits of a sexy body to attract hot guys you should only use these following exercises as they build your butt quicker than anything else; barbell squats, dumbbell squats, regular deadlifts, stiff-legged deadlifts and leg press. Start off your exercise program using these exercises with four sets of ten repetitions for each exercise. You'll start to notice a larger butt within the first 6 weeks of consistent training. Consistent training means training three to four times per week.

Recovery

You can train all you want and eat all you want but unless you give your body the proper rest it needs you'll be slowing your progress greatly. When you sleep, hormones are released into your bloodstream, removing metabolic wastes, building muscle tissue and getting rid of unwanted fat. The best time to go to bed is preferably 10pm for six to eight hours duration. The reason for this is that hormones are released between 11pm and 1am and therefore is crucial to take advantage of this window of opportunity.
