You must also find a routine that has a combination of muscle building and cardio exercises.Remember that when you are bodybuilding you are also adding weight to your body so you must be sure to have good balance of cardio aimed to build up your muscle mass and sustain good fitness levels.
Its a good idea to train 2 muscle groups a day then rest that muscle till your next cycle.You will really need to find the routine that works best for you and then make sure that you stick to it.Find exercises that will specificaly target your muscles and smash those exercises hard. Some exercise routines involve hitting targeted muscle groups at different times using different types of exercise to shock the muscle into building up quick and effectively.
