Not long ago, I too was a hard-gainer looking for the perfect muscle building program to get some muscle on my body finally. I had tried every weight training technique possible, worked my butt off in the gym, stuffed my face with cakes and cookies, and drank supplements hoping that they would make the difference like some kind of magic potion. After all that, I barely had anything to show for it. Just frustration, and a few pounds of muscle that had taken far too long to show.

Now however, I am 30 pounds heavier. 30 pounds of muscle that is, and much fitter and ripped than I ever was before. What changed? Did I find that magical perfect muscle building program that performed miracles on my body? Well, yes, and no.

Yes, because I did find a muscle building program that showed me exactly what to do to put on muscle and it was by following the routines, diet plans and advice in it that I managed to change my body so drastically.

No, because it wasn't perfect. No muscle building program is. The reason for this is that there is no ONE, SINGLE magical way to gain muscle. All the programs out there focus on 3 main aspects of muscle building. Nutrition, Rest and Exercise. They just do things differently. And different is good. In fact your body responds best to different. Changing things in your diet plan your exercise routine will trigger your body into growth as long as you change them the right way.

When you look at a muscle building program, don't simply look at the before and after pictures, or fall for the promises of gaining this much of muscle. Instead look at the science behind how it works, and the ideal body type that it will work on. Critique the amount of work it will require from you to gain muscle. See how practical some of these things maybe and decide on if this is the right muscle building program for you.

I was fortunate to find the muscle building program that fit so well into my schedule, that was made for people with body types like mine. It was a program that only required to 3 days of intense exercise a week, a phenomenal diet plan, and a steadfast attitude to build muscle. Remember there is no magical muscle building program that will change your body forever, but there are program that will show you a path and plan to help you channel your determination into building muscle.
