Human body comprises of complex tissue and tissue systems. Bodybuilding and increase in weight depend upon the quantity of essential nutrients, including proteins and vitamins supplied to it regularly. The daily requirement varies according to age. A new born baby is dependent on her mother’s milk. But as the age increases, the necessity for proteins and vitamins too increases subsequently. Athletic persons need more quantity of these nutrients and they cannot solely depend upon the daily essential diet.

In the market, there are a variety of diet supplements catering to the need of proteins and vitamins. Amongst these, natural supplements have remained as a favorable choice. Various companies have been manufacturing and marketing their best available diet supplements in the market and that too at affordable prices.

Research reports have revealed that deficiency of various vitamins and minerals lead to various health ailments. For example, deficiency of proteins in diet can lead to various syndromes and decrease in biomass, weak bones, paleness etc. Deficiency of vitamins can lead to various ailments like Vitamin A deficiency causes night blindness, Vitamin B deficiency causes beri-beri, Vitamin C deficiency causes scury, Vitamin D deficiency caused rickets etc.

Although, cereals, pulses, fruits and vegetables can provide some quantity of essential nutrients to the body, but if dietary supplements are too taken in conjugation with these, satisfactory results have been observed in bodybuilding. Athletics need more quantity of proteins and vitamins in comparison to a normal person. The reason behind this is the more requirement of energy which can only be provided by intake of best quality dietary supplements.

The muscle mass gradually increases and that too without any side effects. Dietary supplements containing a sufficient percentage of proteins and vitamins, not only lead to bodybuilding, but it also opens the way to a healthier life.

It has been observed that the body requires a maximum percentage of vitamins and minerals at the start of teenage. Moreover, old age persons too need essential nutrients as they have been observed to feel fatigueness and decrease in body weight. Most physicians recommend the regular use of dietary supplements, so that the body gets the required percentage of proteins and vitamins. More and less, the body will not get prone to protein and vitamin deficiency related diseases.
