Ways to Get A Six Pack

Just how many ways to get a six pack can there be? Quite a few, actually! The thing is, what I teach is the fundamentals upon which every successful six pack abs program is build upon. Among the many successful ways to build a six pack, they all follow my ways with out fail! That is- if they work!

The first must-follow rule is how to do your cardio. Cardio is a sprint, not a marathon. Long jogs do burn calories but calories are like water in a in a boat with a hole in it;easy come, easy go. Instead of constantly trying to bail yourself out as the water gushes in and the hole slowly gets larger, just plug the hole! This is the exact same thing. Do intense but brief cardio to stimulate your metabolism to speed up instead of working for every calorie!

You do have to eat right. In fact when it comes to the weight loss half of things, diet is 90% of the work. This is not to say you should skip cardio as the combination is stronger than the sum of it`s parts. What I`m saying is that the body runs on food. To deprive it of what it needs or to give it too much of something it does not will cause a malfunction. A common side effect of one of these malfunction is fat gain- usually caused by either an imbalance of hormones, bad insulin sensitivity, and of course, just plain eating way too much. There really is no need for a detailed explanation of how to properly diet. Simply eat unprocessed foods that are balanced out nutritionally.

Work hard in the gym! No more of this weak 600 crunch stuff. Do difficult ab exercises where every rep is a challenge. Your muscles will not want to grow stronger and therefore larger unless they are pushed to the limit frequently. Keep in mind that muscle training is about stimulation, not taxation. It does you no good to simply train until you can barely move. That would be too hard on the body and it likely will not invest in making you improve afterwards after spending so much time and resources just bringing you back to normal. In fact, you should be aiming for the maximum amount of stimulation for the minimum amount of muscle damage. This is why intense, but brief abs training works best!
