Start by adding egg yolks to your diet which are a great source of protein. Also, buy some vitamin A and vitamin D pills to help raise your bodies testosterone levels.

After you have started to change your diet, the next step to building muscles fast is looking for a good protein powder. This will not only give your body a massive protein boost, it will also help your muscles to recover after a hard workout. For best results, look for whey isolate protein.
