You want to write an article that people will actually want to read. If you search on the Internet, you can find many interesting texts, where you can spend hours reading. On the other hand, there are other articles or stories that will practically sedate you with their first sentence. When considering writing an article, you need to select keywords or keyword phrases that will catch the reader's attention. But be careful! Do not choose words that sound like spam. Curiosity will be decreased with the use of such words. You want to increase the attraction between the content and the reader. There is an analogy to this type of attraction. For example, when you are in relationship, you need to cultivate trust and always speak the truth, no lies. This is exactly the same in article writing. You want to provide valuable content to the audience. But most important, you should always tell the truth and write for the best interest of your readers.

Once you have performed a list of at least 25 keywords, investigate more information related to your chosen niche. Ask yourself whether is there a problem or issue that you want to write about and provide solutions. An article should have around 400-700 words. You can divide it into five or six paragraphs. When informing in your writing, you can follow this formula: A = I x 4ID x C, where A is article, I is Introduction, ID is idea and C is conclusion. Once you have memorized this formula, it shall help you in the writing process.

I for Introduction. You should explain what you are going to talk about. It is where you introduce the hook in the first sentence. Do not start too boring in the opening paragraph, because people will navigate away from your page. This rule can be applied in any type of composition. For example, when writing a personal statement for graduate school, the evaluation committee will not want to waste time. If you did not write an efficient opening, you are doomed for good. Provide an explanation or an example that will propel your audience to continue reading.

ID for Ideas. In the formula, it is multiplied by a factor of 4. Why? Because you should present at least four paragraphs with one main idea in each. This section is also known as the body of your article. In this part, you have to be concise with each idea. Do not mention it superficially and forget to dig in deeper. Rich content is what makes your article unique. Do not copy and paste from other websites. Plagiarism is unethical and unprofessional. You can look up other websites for information and ideas, but never steal another author's work. There is no perfect writing, so feel at ease when writing your first article. Practice makes you more experienced in the field and better at what you do.

C for Conclusion. Tell your audience what you already told them. This is the part where you emphasize and highlight the important information about your article. A human being cannot retain all the facts by just reading once the content. You want them to retain the valuable knowledge from your writing and propel them to visit your website. Let them hungry for more techniques, tips or suggestions on improving the issue that you are aiming at your article. If you do not propel them to read your biography, you will not receive much traffic to your website. You want to generate traffic and also activity from each visitor. An example is to read a blog post or a page within your website and leave a comment.

Remember the formula A = I x 4ID x C. With this, you will have a guide for your first article. Once you have checked for grammatical errors, submit it to an article directory such as or There are plenty of other authors that dedicate to article marketing. Each one of them has one style of writing that makes them unique. You can develop this uniqueness and essence if you start practicing by writing as much articles as you can. If you experience writer's block, do activities or hobbies to calm yourself. Developing an article marketing campaign requires patience, dedication and action.
