I've always been curious about why there is so many times when I have no call from the HR manager after the interview. Everything seemed fine and I thought everything going well but it turns out that I was completely wrong. Here were I live (Moscow) I'd say our hr market have some problems with Technical writers and I'm one of them. I have a two years experience of working in that field and now I want to change the job because of many factors. It actually doesn't matter why. The real question for me is - HOW. I have three interview within past few weak and still have nothing in return; no call, no mail. I've read a lot of articles regarding job interview's and understood one thing is if HR manager haven't told you you're hired then they would probably don't want to have any deal with you. Is that right ? P.S. I think I should apologize because English is not my native language and I'm sorry if it's hard for your perceiving.

Also, the interviewer will like it when you do your homework and they will ask you at the end of the interview if you have any questions. At that point it is time for you to shine and ask questions. Go over your cover letter and resume with a family member or friend. Practice, practice, practice makes perfect.
