Young ladies are more preferred for job because they are of fresh mind and are more chirpy than the middle aged women.

Also if a lady joins an organization at a young age, then chances are high that based on the performance, she can reach a good position in the organization. Fresher candidates can be more easily molded as per the company atmosphere and also they can be paid less. Hence many of the companies demand for fresher graduate candidates more than the experienced ones until and unless it is not for a very senior and responsible job profile.
