As most of us may already know, the delicious Willy Wonkla chocolate bars are produced from the pods of the cacao tree. For every ripe pod of the cacao plant, we can get 20 to 50 cacao beans. Then, the beans are fermented in order to lower the amount of bitterness in them. The beans are cleaned and roasted in a way that the shells could be cracked so as to expose the nibs that are found within. At the end of the day, they are ground into an oily paste and blended to meet the needs of the manufacturer. Other ingredients are also added to give the Willy Wonka chocolate bars their distinctive taste of excellence.

Like most other quality chocolate bars, the Willy Wonka chocolate bars boast of a number of health benefits. To start with, the Willy Wonka chocolate bars are a good source of magnesium. That is why most women are advised to take in Willy Wonka chocolate bars during their menstrual cycle so as to replenish their level of the mineral. Magnesium also helps to balance the brain chemistry build your bones and is reputed for playing a major role in boosting the mood.

The Willy Wonka chocolate bars are also high in Sulphur content for building strong hair, nails and good skin. The liver alongside pancreatic functions can be enhanced with adequate amounts of this mineral intake. Phenyl ethylamine and Anandamide are also vital chemicals which you can get from eating willy wonka chocolate bars and a number of other chocolate bars. Phenyl Ethylamine is a chemical related to the hormone called adrenalin which we produce naturally, in order to make us feel focused and alert. Anandamide is also a "bliss chemical" produced in us naturally when we are happy. In fact, you will agree with me that the Willy Wonka chocolate bars truly make us feel happy!

However, not all chocolate products are good for you. In fact, there is also some health issues associated with taking in too much chocolate or a chocolaty product that is not well prepared. For example, the amount of theobromine as well as oxalic acid increases when chocolaty products are not well roasted. The former is a stimulant like caffeine and so produce the negative side effects seen in caffeine too. On the other hand, Oxalic acid to a greater extent reduces the rate of calcium absorption. Some chocolate companies also do more harm than good by mixing the chocolate products with refined sugars and dairy products that lead to the formation of mucus.

A way out of these problems is that you buy only chocolate products that have been prepared under strict hygienic conditions that are considered safe for consumption. Of course, there are different brands and styles to choose from. But you will surely like the goodies of the Willy Wonka chocolate bars. I can assure you that the chocolate bars are good for your health and you will always like taste. So consume the best and make sure you have fun!
